Perform or Conform

Everyone carries great dreams and strives to achieve them as much as possible. We wake up early in the morning either to go to work or school, and we mostly endeavor to reach the highest of ranks. Situations may differ, stress may differ, hard-work may differ, but we all aim for something we look at as success.
The person who strives to make his life glitter among other lives always lives in frequently visiting stresses and changes. We all are aware that nothing comes easily except the unworthy, but everything valuable calls someone to follow a rough way, but we should keep in mind that rough ways are relative and who sees them as rough ways only, makes his life miserable, but the person who looks at it as a refining stage will come up with the sweetest fruits.

\

We all have stress and among the branches of stress is pressure, but how does pressure arise. Pressure arises and introduces itself into someone’s life in two colors namely: striving to perform or striving to conform.

A person who drew for himself a great road that he shall follow to achieve his goals will work day and night to reach what he aimed for. He shall face challenges that may knock him down temporarily but he shall stand and complete the journey overcoming the pressure exerted upon him. This kind of pressure is an intrapersonal struggle that can be evaded using different tactics as long as you are able to address your inner-self clearly, and knowing that you are willing to create for yourself a respected being. Having a clear goal, and a working mind, makes you enjoy the work that you are doing even if it appears strenuous at some times. Being aware that hardships are the leading way to achieve the best and those who strive get the ripest fruits is a notion enough to help you stand robust.

On the other hand, comes the external pressure that arises from the community and the social environment around you. For physics students who are aware of vapor pressure, which is the pressure that the liquid particles get in order to overcome the atmospheric pressure so that they can flee as gases. When the atmospheric pressure increases, more vapor pressure should be reached in order to overcome the high external pressure. I find this a nice comparison to the pressure of conforming to what people expect from you. When a student in her first test gets a high score, her parents will always expect high grades from her and they will not accept excuses if she gets lower marks. She is now bound by a great external pressure that only expects from her the best and this pressure of conforming to other's expectations is more tiring then the former one, as this one depends upon the intellectual makeup of the people who are pressuring you, but also there are ways to overcome it as long as your personal skills are in good shape.

We Work For Our Dreams

We all try to be successful people in the field of life that we feel, would reward us with respect, knowledge, and ability to convey what we have in mind and so on. Everyone builds great dreams and as it grows so big, it develops a power that attracts dreamer towards it which enables him to strive to achieve it.

The starting building block is not a tangible building, but rather one built by strenuous imagination. After that, comes the real work of aligning together the blocks and bringing the cement and using it in the correct quantities. Indeed it is wonderful when you are given the site to build what you have clearly drew in your brain, but the actual hard work remains undone, and being satisfied by the imaginary construction is nothing but a silly and self-fooling act.

It is in this stage where the people with great goals in mind, who created for themselves guidelines that will put them into the threshold shall appear, and the other group will be left back. Within these moments, where real challenges are put forward, and in this very moment, all challenges are tangible and long termed.

For all, some setbacks will be experienced as well as panic attacks and these are among the hardest challenges, that when the person is able to overcome them with confidence, the real robust being is being polished for the coming challenges. For those who let the rope as the first hardship makes its way in his career shall suffer the pain of failure, which is the most bitter for people who planned for success.

Even if that happens, it is not yet the end, for this fall may show you another path which may work better for you. It is just your perspective over things.

ARE THEY REAL MINDS THAT ARE IN UNANIMITY???

Everyday we meet people and and interactions arise between us, whether we do it deliberately or a situation arises where comments are thrown then disagreements and agreements are reached and factions are made, but comes the question are there really brains that are in Unanimity in every aspect?

Firstly, I looked through my relations with the closest people to me from family to close friends and the circle widens on. I found out that my brother with whom I spend most of my time talking to and asking opinions on situations which I am still hesitant to come up with a final look on a subject; his views appear to be so conflicting with the views I was about to come up with. This alone makes it clear that it is so hard to find minds that are in complete unanimity. I can go on with the same example with my friends and others, but it will be mentally tiring but the important question to be asked is, is it important to reach absolute unanimity or it is unhealthy?

In my humble view, I find it better to be far from absolute unanimity because when carrying different views on topics and being able to live peacefully with each other is what makes us different from other species. Indeed the ability to step on the differences and rise above them and connect with each others as humans is what makes us the living reasoning beings.

I find it a apropos time to end my words saying "develop your views, avoid it from being inhumane, be ready to listen what the others have to say, respect their words, and be human".

Writing!!! Is it much fun!

We are in a world where we are interconnected with each other in a notable way that it can be compared to the neural connections in the most dense part of the cerebrum. Everyone is dependent on what the other thinks, says, and agrees or disagrees with. There is no doubt that Individuality is a great tool of success but in this era you must connect to be able to express.

Different forms of ways have been innovated through the centuries as means of reciprocating ideas and enhancing interactions. Each way carries its pros and cons and most of these ways are hardly graded objectively, for they are subjective issues where people prefer one upon the other, and it is no right to coerce people to agree that a certain way is better than another.

Having these ideas in mind, I would like to express my inclination which is towards writing. In writing, a person finds himself immersed in front of a page or currently in front of your computer typing, where the writer is given the full means of deduction and induction and other forms of reasoning to jot down what resides inside him. I greatly feel that with writing, one is able to address the greatest range of subjects without being interrupted and being able to clearly convey the message which he needs the audience to understand. I discern the beauty of writing when I read great writings written by eminent scholars down past the ages and how they were able to address highly sensitive issues with great detail and care. Some may think that writing is a one-way flow of ideas, but they fail to realize that it is the best two-way flow where the writer during his writings feels that someone is reading him at the moment, and he tries his best to clarify doubts and elaborate where elaboration is needed. To be more specific, when the reader reads your words and finds it vacuous, the reader will seldom get back again to your writing but being able to create a powerful impact will invite the reader for another visit and with this simple example it is clear that it is no one-way flow of ideas but it is a greatly crafted reciprocation of ideas.

Coming to the other forms, I don't condemn them but I feel that they come under writing in most measures and I would let the chance to talk about what makes writing greater than the other forms by showing where do the the forms of interaction fail to reach the greatness of writing.
